"Excellent service from start to finish by everyone at the hotel. Glen literally went the extra mile, collecting some of our family members from the wedding reception at midnight as they struggled to get a taxi! Only slight negative was the single room i was in. A bit tight for space,even for a single. Comfortable enough though for 2 nights. Good supply of tea, coffee, bottle water. Iron and board supplied when requested. We all ate in the restaurant, good food, well presented and served by friendly helpful staff on a very busy night. Really us all enjoy a lovely family get together to attend my granddaughters wedding. Thank you to Glen and your team. 😊 "

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping areas are full. A great base if you want to explore the Lake District."

"Lovely stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in a superior family room which was comfortable and well appointed. Nice modern bathroom, crisp sheets. Breakfast was self service - hot food was fresh and well cooked. Decent little pool and sauna/steam room. Didn’t use the small gym but that didn’t look busy. Very pretty location. We will be back. "
