"The staff are helpful. The room is basic but clean. Very limited space to hang clothes on a small pole on the wall. Difficult to open suitcases except on the bed. No drawer space. The bathroom is clean but the shower cubicle is very slippery when wet. Good value for money for an overnight hotel very close to Heathrow Airport."

"Very conveniently located directly in Heathrow Terminal 3, so was great for our early morning flight. Stayed as a family of 5 in one of the family rooms for which they also provided a small baby crib, which was really helpful. Room size was good for our room type and was clean & modern. Staff were very polite & helpful. Would definitely stay again when flying from terminal 3"
