"Chez Wou was an immaculately clean, safe hotel with excellent beds. Strong hot water. Good location. We could walk to many nice resturants. Beach access is the public beach, an easy walk. Our AC broke and could not be fixed during our stay. Also the Elevator was being worked on and unuseable. Free breakfast every morning at 8am brought to the room."

"A very nice place to stay in Luanda. The facility is very secure with a doorman and locked gate. The room is spacious and quiet with very good air conditioning. It is not fancy but it is economic and safe with a good market across the street The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Anna, the manager speaks excellent English and could not have been more accommodating"

But the tap shower, need more maintenance and the mini fridge, isn't chilling at all. The water on swimming pool was cold, the sauna and jacuzzi were out of order. "

"I was refused entry and not allowed to check in because they claimed they had not received payment. this has happened before and normal courteous customer focused approach would be to say please let us show you your room and we will sort out the payment later. their priority should have been my room, but NOOOOOOOO, their priority was their money....."
