The keeping house service sometimes do not do a complete service. The waiters are slow. In the gym you have 4 thredmill but just one was working. Doesn’t have towels available as you require to use. The price is expensive then you have to offer a similar service. The rooms are relatively clean. The breakfast could have greater choice And warm food-eggs were always cold. The hotel provides decent, clean accommodation in the centre of town. The staff were very pleasant and helped me out with my requests. (Did some printing, gave me a late check out and found me a cab etc.) Admittedly I did have to ask for some things more than once but this is standard for Angola. It is a little annoying that you have to pay for every meal or make a pre-payment with the front desk.
