"Excellent located hotel. We stayed in the northern wing in a nice corner room with great view to the Rossio square. The room was well appointed and immaculate clean. It had an espresso maker with capsules, comfy bed and towels. The towel was brand new, with porcelain tiles and a great rain shower. The location cannot be better within walking distance to major sites and the metro. Highly recommended."

"Basic comfortable room with a TV and plenty of space. The shower was a bit small and as a fairly tall man, I wasn't able to stand under it fully. About expected for ~£80 a night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and quick in checking us in and out. We didn't have breakfast. We saw what it was however, and it seemed expensive for €12 when you're right near many amazing restaurants serving cheaper and better food. The location was fantastic, very near many bars and restaurants, and tourist attractions in Lisbon."

"The location was a little off the beaten path but the staff and hotel made up for it. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent. The rooftop bar had a laid-back atmosphere but the staff and bartenders were excellent. We had a single room that was great but would think that rooms with the bunk beds would be a little crowded. We will definitely go back!"
