"I am going to be as fair as possible with my review, front desk staff was excellent, easy check in, very help full and spoke english, Lobby was clean. Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. "Check in was easy. It’s directly across the street from the train station. That’s a big plus. The floor was very quiet. I was lucky enough to be on the same floor as the laundry and vending machines! The staff was always smiling and always greeted me. "It’s a good hotel for tourism who are visiting Shinjuku. We had a spacious room on the corner but the only thing missing was the fact that the room didn’t have chairs to sit in. It was rather a simple bench against the wall which is less convenient if you want to sip a drink while watching the excellent view of the city. No gym facilities or pool. Breakfast is great and had excellent choices for any taste!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."
