Small room in a great location, microwave and washing machine in the room was very helpful during the trip. The staff were very kind to offer me a high level room with a bit of the view of Tokyo Tower. I would try to book a bigger room next time. No frills hotel in Tokyo and decent for a solo traveler but will be hard for 2+ people to fit. They also offer the Yamato service for bag delivery.

Honestly our first room was not great, it was dirty and some outlets did not work. After bringing it to their attention, they immediately apologized and moved us to a much better room and made a small upgrade for the inconvenience. The correction was quick and the new room was amazing, clean, everything worked, and the staff was so helpful all hours of the day and night.
