"We really enjoyed our stay at the Mayan monkey! Fun themed evenings, really large private room, and close to the marina. It is on the other end of the marina so I would maybe not have loved walking home alone at night but with someone else it was not a problem. Would return! "

"Oh this is my fifth year staying at this beautiful garden style hotel, the friendliest staff and feels like you’re going a bit back in time! Trees growing through the lobby beautifully accenting with the common area and the stairwells. New and very comfortable mattresses. Great “AC” and each room has a refrigerator. Actions speak louder than words, there’s a reason I stay here every time I come here to go fishing!"

"For most part the service was great Candy and Ms. Luz area amazing .. The only issues we had was that the tv didn’t work in one room and we also ran out of water but otherwise it is a great place to stay.. we stay there all the time"

"A decent property. Very quiet and private. A 15-20 walk downtown. A handful of restaurants nearby. Communication with the property was abundant prior to our stay. Good communication when we missed our flight. However, when we reached out during our stay about laundry & when the water was shut off, they never communicated back with us. "

"It’s a place for a quick pit stop. I recommend this if you are just there to get some rest and travel the next day, not to stay longer cuz of the neighborhood and you are only in a room. Hosts are really polite and attentive. "
