"This place is not perfect for anyone looking to not pay too much and wants to be right next to city Centre!"

"Hotel is the top floors of an older hotel or inn so the entrance is a narrow staircase between a Starbucks and small Tesco. However, once you're upstairs the main dinning room/ bar/ reception is cozy and old fashioned. Check in was quick/easy, and our room (#9) was typical of this type of hotel. An old room with fireplace, converted to include a small internal bathroom w/ shower. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet despite it overlooking railway station and pedestrian precinct. "I would like to point out that this property is not in Grantham but in South Witham, Grantham. This makes a great deal of difference and took us much longer to find and right out of our way. I suggest you correct this. The address given by you takes you to different part of the area and is confusing. So please correct it and add South Witham to the full address. "

"Very basic 2 star but had everything you’d expect except breakfast. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, including the bathrooms which is rare in a shared bathroom place. Recommended for the price you pay. Staff were lovely. "

"Id booked a single room with onsuite bathroom, and i got exactly what i was asking for. Clean, comfortable and very easy to access even though the hotel is unstaffed (no reception). Id recommend this hotel to all, but make sure you read the info provided as to the facilities so you are not disappointed or surprised on arrival. I will be staying there again in the future, its got everything I need. The custome service was top notch too when i contacted them. Fast and efficient. "

"The Hotel has been closed due to fire a few weeks now. No warning to say this was the case, so arrived at the hotel to find it closed and cordoned off. No way to contact hotels.com and ruined the weekend away. "
