"This is a charming small family-owned hotel off of a very busy main avenue. It felt very safe and was super quiet at night.
Alfredo, the front desk person is so warm and friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and there was heat in the room (other hotels I stayed in did not).
I would highly recommend this hotel."

"If you're looking for a simple spot to stay in Venice, this is a great spot. The location is perfect and tucked away on a side street so not too loud from the busy main roads."

Perfect spot overlooking the lagoon, with views of Venice and Burano from the balcony.
Staff really helpful with the desk manned the majority of the time even though its a small property.
Murano is busy by day quiet by night with most things closed by 19:00. There is a 24 hour ferry to the main Venice island from the Navagero stop which is 1 minute walk from the property.

I was a little bit wary staying on an island rather than in the heart of Venice but the apartment was lovely and easily accessible by water bus. It was well appointed and the staff were really helpful during our stay. It would have been useful to know about the 30 Euro end of stay cleaning charge on Expedia.

Brilliant. We had a wonderful 3 days in Venice end of November 2017 staying in a fabulous Al bailo de Venezia apartments.
We were impressed with the initial info provided on email regarding how to get to the apartments and details of reception opening times etc and availability of luggage drop off (as this is not a hotel - its serviced apartments). The apartment we stayed in was fabulous, large, elegant, spotlessly clean. Complimentary tea/coffee/milk portions/jam/nutella/biscuits in the...

Fantastic place would definitely recommend. Bus to Venice 1 min walk away and Train Station 5 minutes if you want to leave Venice for a day trip.
Family who ran are incredibly friendly and they take very good care of the place. Can easily recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great stay.

A really convenient location right opposite the airport terminal. Very quiet and comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom were a good size and made it a perfect overnight stop. Worth knowing there's no check-in desk or reception but there is a small honesty bar outside with some drinks, snacks and microwavable meals. There is a small seating area outside but it's next to the bins and we found there to be a few mosquitos around so worth staying in the room!

Casa Rosanna, in the small northern Italian town of Meolo, is a gem. It's a separate business (but apparently the same owners) of the restaurant downstairs. It's not a hotel, not a motel, but more like a bed-and-no-breakfast. So there is no lobby, no room service, no gym, no conference room. Once you get your key and your instructions of how things work, you're on your own! There is no sign for "Casa Rosanna"; instead, look for "Trattoria Roma" - that's where Casa Rosanna is.

We’ve been to Venice many times but on this occasion we decided to stay at Casa Kirsch because we wanted somewhere close to St Marks Square.
Firstly, my wife and I want to thank the amazing staff. We collected our room security code from the front desk of their sister hotel (Ca Dei Dogi), about 1 minute walk away. The gentleman there was very polite, helpful and professional. Every day our room was cleaned to a very high standard but the lady we saw in our building. A big thank you to her.
