"It had closed down a month ago and. we were notified so when we arrived were told the there was no rooms available. we were very disappointed and had to look for alternate accommdation. We now want a refund. "

"This is my second time staying at Bath YMCA, the first time having a room to myself with an en suite bathroom. I like how the location is so convenient to everything in central Bath. The accommodations are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for the budget traveler, especially for long term stays. I was there for 12 days."

"The property was just disappointing. The bedrooms were the best part of the apartment. There was just a lack of care to the apartment. With an £80 cleaning fee, the apartment should be clean. There was a cupboard with dirty linen, one of the toilets just had broken lamps left in it and discarded items, under the sofa was grim, wifi is not available in one of the bedrooms, there is a little outside area which is just un kept. "Lovely new flat, well stocked and comfortable. The living room is rather small, tight for even one person. Overall was a great stay, only disappointed that the taxes and fees are so high, and that I did not receive the check-in instructions in advance so I had to reach out to get that just before I arrived."

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean.
