"The place is just too noisy, do not stay here if you want to get any sleep. When doors close it vibrates through the whole building plus the noise of people drunk leaving the bar and running through the corridors and stairs is too much."

On checking in it was clear that a request of needs sent to management on booking our unit had been totally ignored. I'm handicapped and need a lift to access upper floors. Nobody took the trouble to inform me there is no elevator in the hotel! So, no access to our unit for me. Then we were blandly informed that the rooms had no aircon! This is at the end of summer when it gets hot as hell in...
