"Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "

"The staff we dealt with were hit and miss. The person who helped us to check in was kind of rude, but everyone else were nice. But be warned, the hotel will preauthorise payment for your stay, without asking you. And it will take 1 month for the money to be returned (as per hotel staff). So I had no choice, but paying with that cc & got a really bad exchange rate. Also, the room we stayed were really old and nothing works properly. "Overall this was a very nice stay. The property is slightly dated however from the other reviews and price I paid I was expecting this as I needed just a bed whilst exploring Milan. The property is 5 minneapk from a metro station which gets you into central in around 10-15 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "I wouldn’t even know where to begin but I’ll condense it to 3 main points. 1) First of all, there are repair works all around the place so it was very hard to even spot where the entrance door was. This may be overlooked as a minor issue but it would’ve been courteous for them to let us know especially as I spoke to the reception staff a day before getting there. "There isn’t real address, had to find it by following a taxi cab. Front desk lady didn’t speak English and their card machine didn’t work, even tried several credit cards. At this point, I tried to cancel and front desk lady said no, that I had to pay, No bank available within a reasonable distance. There were prostitutes just outside the hotel. "

"Hotel was basic but clean and tidy. Shower was hot and powerful. Bed was a bit hard but ok, no tea/coffee in the room. You could hear people talking/playing music in the rooms but it was ok. Plenty of food outlets near by and only 3 min walk to the Metro which was very convenient. We purchased a 72 hr metro card for €15 was worth it. Would i stay again? Yes i would as ideal if on a budget. "

"Good value no frills hotel just 5 minutes from platforms at Central Station. One of several in an old building. Clean, wholesome; good value breakfast available 2 floors up. Old fashioned lift - but steps up to it so not good fir those if limited mobility. Trams and Metro nearby."
