The hotel was beautifully decorated with fun features making it a unique stay. The staff were very helpful especially the man of the door who helped me with my luggage and gave me advice about the area. The room was very comfortable and we were in a very good location for exploring

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at in central Milan - it is minutes from the main station and offers everything you need. Food is good - especially breakfast, and I found the staff to be very helpful. I would definitely return!

Room was just as shown in pictures: clean, contemporary, and inviting. Staff throughout (at reception, luggage, restaurant) were attentive and effective. Location is outstanding: 100 m from Milan Central train station, great restaurants nearby. I stayed 1 night enroute to Belluno. It met my needs so well I chose to stay again the 2 weeks later enroute to MXP.

This is a very nice hotel, but the best thing about it for me was it proximity to Milan’s Central train station. It’s a little pricey for what you get, but the staff was very thoughtful and the convenience was outstanding

The rooms are spacious, modern and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. We bid for an upgrade to a suite as a good way to end our holiday but it wasn’t really worth it. We were on the first floor with no view and were also disappointed with the roof terrace. We thought there might be a bar up there but there was only a broken phone to place orders. It seems such a waste of the space especially mid summer. The doormen were the stand out stars of the property. From the moment we arrived, they gave us an incredible welcome and helped with our bags. Then in the evening, the gentlemen helped a young guest to play the arcade games and even got him a stool to make it easier for him to see. They both clearly took pride in their job and it showed.

Very convenient location for the Central Station - only 5 minutes walk away. A busy hotel with helpful staff. It appeared well maintained, the rooms were well appointed with lots of plugs for chargers etc. A good breakfast service with plenty of choice served in a comfortable breakfast room. There is a large bar if you want to have a drink and reasonably priced for city centre. There are a lot or restaurants a short walk away so you don't need to go in to the centre of Milan for a meal. This was a big plus after a busy day sightseeing.
