Personale disponibile all’accoglienza. La camera però è piuttosto fredda per la stagione in cui siamo. I termosifoni si accendono solo in particolari ore e comunque non a sufficienza per scaldare camera e bagno.

Overall happy with our experience

Everything was good, there was only one minus and that was that the room was cold. Heating did not work well. But the room was clean, nice, water was hot, staff was nice and helpful. Also the place was quiet in night time, comfortable and safe.

三階（日本の四階）に宿泊。共用バスルーム。 エレベーターが無いのは事前の情報で知っていたので問題無し。冷房が無く扇風機？だけありました。 この部屋だけなのかは分からないが、部屋の中が異常に暑い。とにかく暑い。他の都市で同じく冷房無しの部屋に泊まり問題無く過ごしたが、この部屋だけはまるでサウナのようで、ほとんど寝れませんでした。 それ以外の点は特に問題無く清掃もしっかりされていた。

Jamais vécu ça auparavant ! À éviter si vous venez en famille dans cette hotel Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Lors de la réservation, nous avons rempli les conditions de réservation pour 3 personnes soit 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Pour l'enfant il est demandé de renseigner l'âge, nous avons donc renseigné l'âge de notre fille, 12 ans. Lors de l'arrivée dans l'hôtel, le patron nous informe que notre chambre ne colporte que deux lits. Le patron n'était pas aimable et son accueil désagréable. C'est au môment de découvrir la chambre que la galère a démarré. La chambre ne comportait que 2 lits simples de 80cm avec salle de bain et toilette partagés avec d'autres voyageurs. J'ai donc exprimé mon étonnement de n'avoir que 2 lits simples pour nous 3 et a démarré une discussion lunaire où on m'a expliqué que c'était amplement suffisant pour 3 personnes et que je pouvais tout à fait dormir avec ma fille de 12 ans dans un lit simple de 80cm. La propriétaire a insisté pour me dire que c'était normal !! En guise de solution elle m'a dit qu'il me fallait rajouter 10 euros par nuit pour un lit de camp ou une chambre avec 1 lit double et lit simple pour 40 euros supplémentaires ! Ça ne s'est pas arrêté là ! 3 petites tables de petits déjeuners (ne prenez pas l'option !) où vous serez contraint de la libérer si 2 autres personnes se présentent. Un gérant qui adapte le prix d'une boisson à votre tête (3.50€ qd c'est monsieur et 3€ qd madame) Attention escroc !

Stanza con bidè e lavandino in camera giusto per dormire non fosse per il fatto che c'è un pub che fa rumore tutta la notte il prezzo alto e i soldi sono stati subito presi subito dalla carta di credito così ci devo anche pagare interessi sopra la carta dovrebbe servire solo per piccolo anticipo ho in caso uno non vada invece i soldi li hanno presi subitoappena arrivati abbiamo dovuto pagare anche la tassa di soggiorno €12 per 3 notti non ci torneremo sicuramente c'è di meglio

Good location in this District,near the bus stop and about 10 minutes by walk from metro. Not far there is a big supermarket. Good economic variant for Milan. Хорошее расположение: автобусная остановка в нескольких метрах, метро в 10 минутах ходьбы,а центральный вокзал при желании в 20-25.Так же недалеко есть супермаркет, работающий до 24 часов, что немаловажно для Италии, где большинство магазинов закрыты в это время.Отель простенький, номера маленькие, мебель старая,но если есть цель сэкономить на размещении - самое оно. Персонал приветливый, готовы отвечать на вопросы и помогать. Из явных минусов только завтрак - очень скудный и однообразный! Были в основном сладости, булочки, порционный сыр и масло. Правда, кофе очень вкусный! Вариант для размещения на 2-3 дня, дальше уже чувствуются неудобства.

Praktische Lage, nette Personal

Die Lage war gut. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Bus zum Milano Centro15 - 20 min. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Nacht etwas laut, aber für den Preis ist es okay. Beim Frühstück hat die Frau uns Kaffe vorbereitet. Einfache aber feine Frühstück.

Sauberes Hotel in der nähe vom Zentrum

Das Hotel war für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben gut. Es war sauber und in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es liegt leider an einer Hauptstraße, den Verkehr hört man Nachts sehr gut. Zusammenfassend hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber gestimmt!
