Says the desk is open from 8am to 8pm or something, but that is not true. The door is locked when you get there and is somehow broken when you buzz the door. The woman that answered was a bit dramatic and said we broke the door and she said she needed to step back and start the interaction over. Charged a 10 Euro "cleaning" fee for the dog when it clearly says that dogs are free. She then charged a deposit of 150 euro, but had trouble explaining exactly why and how it worked and whether it would fall off my card or not. Just a really awkward "staff" and a few things that were stated on the booking page that were not true.
