"We enjoyed this nice home on our way across the US. Sunrises were beautiful and the privacy the home offered was appreciated. Fun to watch the different birds in the lake catching their dinner and breakfast. Was nice to sit on the porch and the deck taking in the views."

Beautiful scenery, cool creek area to kayak some depending on water levels, wooded trails to walk, friendly goats and chickens (we got to help feed the baby goats which was an unexpected bonus), and overall laid back feel while not being to far from anything. "This lake house is by the lake Livingston and has an amazing view. It's right beside the wolf creek park, where my kids love to play. Coldspring is a nice little town, and there are several nice diners. The house itself is very clean and well stocked. Some small things may need some maintenance, but they didn't impact our stay. Overall it was a great place to relax and rewind. We really loved it."

"The prior low reviews aren't very relevant, but here's my 2 cents. The house is actually very superb for the price. The parking spot sucks for a Diesel Excursion, but I made it work. The beds are semi-comfortable and sleep 6. However, the seating is only for 2-3 adults. There was also one cockroach that we found, but we're near the water, that's to be expected. I liked that I didn't have to spend extra money on pet fees and that it's not too far from I-45."

"The place is very cute, Brandon was wonderful accommodating us with all our questions and even allowed us to check in early. Unit has 3 air conditioning units inside the cabin. Only 1 of these units were able to cool down the center room. The other 2 units slightly blew cold air but not enough to make a difference. We followed the a/c instructions in the booklet, but couldn’t get the tiny home to cool down. It was 85 at night inside while we slept. At 11:30 at night we ran out and purchased fans...

"The Condo and view are Awesome. We had a wonderful stay. The host was prompt in answering any questions that we had. I would give all five stars if it weren't for the property. The property itself needs some work and cleaning. I couldn't use the elevator because it had a musty mold smell, and I'm allergic to mold."

"Beautiful home, with ample room for two families with children. Right in the waters edge overlooking the lake. Attentive manager and the owner lives nearby and dropoed off some gas for the grill (it was actually there already) 5 mins after asking. We all had a great time watching yhe sunsets from the terrace and the kids loved to swim and paddle board as they wished. Loved the stay, would recommend to anyone."
