"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this villa in a central location in Athens. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity you could want for an amazing stay. There was plenty of room for all our family to have our privacy, and also plenty of areas in the Villa to spend time together. "This is a lovely home away-from-home really close to the Ironman 70.3 Vouliagmeni race venue. It was a perfect fit for the 6 adults in our party, and Sofia went above and beyond to help us feel at home. We all were wishing we could have spent a little more time at the house (and a little less time swimming, biking, and running, ha!). I don't know if participating in this same Ironman is in the future for any of us, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 10/10"

"We had a group of 13 with families of various age groups in both villas. This homes space and views of ocean are terrific. Beds were comfortable and kitchens equipped with everything we needed for our short stay there. The hosts, Penny and husband were so easy to work with and over the top accommodating of all our needs while there. A vehicle there is most helpful, but we made a way to get everywhere with city hop on/off buses and Uber. We all would recommend this home!!"

"Nadia and her family have put a lot of care and thought into creating this relaxing and very comfortable natural Greek home situated within a spacious, multi-level leafy garden. It is a lovely travel experience in its own right. Located high above the Anavyssos Bay, the property with its large patio has panoramic Mediterranean views in every direction. Quite awesome. We've stayed in many VRBO-type properties around the world for 20+ years, and Nadia's place fully lives up to its description...

"The owners of this house are the definition of “ Super Hosts.” No matter what we needed, or what we wanted, they made sure that we got it. The house was great, and we used the pizza oven and outdoor kitchen a lot. The best part of our month staying here was meeting these two amazing people who will be our friends forever. "We are a group of 8 adults who visited Greece from the USA for the first time this July and we had an amazing stay in the villa! This villa is so much nicer in person! There was plenty of room and is beautifully decorated! The views from every room are stunning! The pool is ice cold which at first was tough to enjoy but after the extreme temperatures was thoroughly enjoyed after a day out sightseeing! Getting there from airport was a bit confusing to find at first. GPS sends you on a strange...

"We had a great week staying at Dimitris’ house. The location is beautiful with stunning views. It is quite remote and you definitely need a car. Dimitris was a very helpful host and he arranged a lovely meal out for us in Perdika and had a delicious meal prepared by Sophia on our arrival. He also gave us lots of great tips about where to visit and eat out. The pool area of the house is fantastic."

"Our experience from the beginning has been amazing! From the property manager to the owners of the villa it has been an incredible experience. The owners meet us at the villa and gave us a tour and spent time with us and then took us to the market to get groceries. The villa is beautiful and quiet and private.I recommend this villa to anyone from a small family to a larger one. We will be back and have made new friends her in Greece! Γιορτάζω"

"We stayed for 7 nights. The property is spacious and in a great location related to local supermarket, beach, bars and shops. Pros: - lots left for you to use: shower products, washing machine liquid, dishwasher tablets, coffees, teas, herbs, spices, bin bags, we barely had to buy extra things. - the rooms are spacious, air conditioner is good quality, lovely outdoor space with loungers. - the view of the sunset from the balcony is unbelievable. - the beds were comfy and the cleaner changed...

"We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for your stay including a fantastic pool. The location is great as it's close to a variety of great beaches and Athens. Also close are a large shopping mall and a water park. Katerina was a lovely host and helped us with transfers from/to the airport, food shopping and advice on getting around. We had free use of her car and she even baked us cakes! Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday."

"Overall a great stay. Great location! In between the city center and the riviera. The staff was amazing. English speaking and very accommodating. The hotel is very new and clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant had the best Greek salad we had the entire trip. And the view was not to be missed. Bed was comfy. Would definitely stay at this property again. "
