"Our stay was a one night stay. We checked in about 3:30 in the afternoon. We’re given tickets for two complimentary drinks at the meet and greet that evening and $5 off an entrée at the restaurant attached to the hotel I had called ahead and requested a room as close as possible to the elevator because I have a Walking. Our room was right next to the elevator, which was very advantageous. Our room was extremely clean. There were a couple maintenance issues, but nothing that detoured from the comfortable stay and the amenities. I highly recommend the Embassy suites in downtown Grand Rapids."
