The front desk was wonderful. Very polite and excited to have us. Check in process was smooth and quick. Unfortunately our room smelled like dirty carpet, the bathroom had poor caulking around the bathtub and it looked dirty, and we did not have our room cleaned in the two nights we stayed. There was a Starbucks inside the lobby where we purchased breakfast when we checked out and it we could not eat it. The eggs were so salty and the pancakes tasted like sand.

There were some issues with the room. The first room I was put in had a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The second room had a few holes in the wall where some hooks had been and the drawers on the dresser were off kilter. It looked like the room had been used roughly at some point. However, it was clean and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Location was great for our shopping trip, easy access to freeways. Parking was great. Staff was very polite, and everything was clean. Hot tub and water slide were permanently closed. They should be removed. Pool was very nice though. I understand the giant slide but really missed the hot tub. Overall, a very reasonable option at a better price point than many others in the immediate area.
