"The property is in the suburbs and has a nice back yard to sit out and enjoy a drink and is walking distance to a lovely park. The 3 bedrooms were nicely appointed as was the rest of the home. We did not have a car but could easily Uber into the city. The only disadvantage to the property was it was not walking distance to grocery stores or restaurants. The owner was available by phone when we had a question which was very helpful.."

"My husband and I stayed for 6 nights and loved the location, cleanliness, and relaxed feel of the home. We were only a couple miles away from downtown/6th street. And within walking distance of Barton Springs pool and a lot of hip restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. The only down side is that we drive an electric vehicle and there wasn’t a whole lot of options for charging at the house or near by."

"Our stay at the VRBO was great, home is very clean and accessible to many things. We definitely enjoyed! 😀 My only question on this home as we are still not sure if pets are allowed or not, when we originally booked it said on VRBO pets were allowed, we were told by the owner they were not and we’re quickly refunded the 300.00 deposit we paid. When we checked in and we’re looking at the house book with rules we read that pets were allowed so I am still wondering if they actually accept pets or...

"Came to Austin for the weekend. Was able to park my Escalade under the carport, but it’s a steep incline! I don’t see a low clearance car being able to attempt the driveway. House was very nice. Loved the hot tub. Only suggestion I can make is install lights on stairs. They are steep and wood blends in together. We were all exceptionally careful going up and down them. I loved the make up wash towels!!"

"The house is well built with a beautiful courtyard with big, mature trees that provide privacy and are beautiful. The house is as advertised/pictured. Well insulated house so I didn't hear friends talking downstairs after I went to bed nor did I hear the early morning risers. Well situated to walk around South Congress' shops & restaurants. "The house is overall very nice, but one of the en-suite bathrooms had a strong unpleasant musty/mildewy smell and we couldn’t use it. We kept the door closed and ran the bathroom fan the entire time. The adjoining bedroom also had an unpleasant smell that seeped over from the smelly en-suite bathroom. I let the property manager know twice while we were there for a week, and they said they would send someone over. But no one ever came."

"Fun area. Only 3 min walk to S Congress food and shops. Nice house for trip with friends! For safety on the glass doors, we suggest adding inside door locks not accessible by the reused digital lock and keys."
