Guestrooms offer desks, premium television channels, and photographs by Clyde Butcher. Tiled bathrooms have dual shower heads, bathrobes, spa bath products, and makeup mirrors. Broadwell's - Indoor and outdoor dining located in the clubhouse with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the green expanse of the golf course. Lunch menu includes soups, salads, fish and chips, and Reuben and steak sandwiches. Open from late morning till late evening during the winter months. The adjoining Totch Brown's Bar serves a selection of specialty martinis, fine wines, and international beers.

HB's on the Gulf - Lunch and dinner by the water's edge indoors or al fresco. Lunch menu includes seafood gumbo, blue crab salad, burgers, sandwiches, and grilled lamb chops. Dinner features fresh seafood, soups, salads, Italian entrées, steaks, and poultry.

The Everglades Room - Hosting daily hot and cold breakfast buffet, with a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Seminole Store - This lobby deli features sandwiches and salads for beach picnics, pizza, fresh-baked goods, sundry items, beer and wine, espresso drinks, snacks, fine cigars, and fresh flowers. Open morning till mid-evening.

The Sunset Bar and Restaurant - The place to watch a fiery Florida sunset or listen to jazz with a frosty tropical concoction. Snack bar serves sandwiches and drinks, and casual dining is available for lunch and dinner. Live entertainment each evening. A patio offers flat-screen TVs and indoor and outdoor dining.

“Beautiful Pool”

This hotel has a beautiful pool area and beach. The room (2 Queens) is good sized with plenty of storage for 2. It could be a little cramped for storage if there were more than 2 people. Bathroom is divided with double sinks and full closet outside the door of the room that has a toilet and shower. Shower is not very wide. Thermostat questionable if weather is hot. We had it on the coolest setting for our comfort and it ran constantly and it was only 80 outside. Restaurants look nice but are very expensive but that is common in Naples. The only negatives are that the house cleaning staff makes a lot of noise early in the morning with the slamming of doors and noise from their carts etc. Also there is a charge to use the internet. TV reception is not high def but the tv is so the picture is blurry. However, we only used the tv to watch the news so not a big deal. Entertainment is loud but stops early in the evening. We were upgraded to a gulf front view but as stated in previous reviews the way the hotel is set up your view is a lot of roof before the actual beach. You overlook the roof of the restaurants and it is not pretty. There is free parking and self parking is across the street. Hotel is close to shopping.

“Excellent Beach Hotel”

We stayed at the hotel for four nights in early December. It faces the Gulf and has direct access to the usual white sand beach associated with Naples. Food was excellent as was the service. We did not use the golf facilities so cannot rate that part of the hotel. We will recommend it to others.

Area recommendations

5th Avenue for shops and restaurants - not cheap but good quality, Tin City to eat overlooking the bay and boats and any of the white sand beaches north and south of the hotel.

“Will definitely go back again.”

This is the second time we have stayed at the Naples Beach and Golf Club. We love the location, and the accommodations are very nice. The room was very clean with freshening of towels and making of the bed in the a.m. and again in the evening with turndown of the bedcovers and chocolates on our pillows. We loved the adult pool for those of us not traveling with children. We will definitely return to this hotel when we next travel to Naples.

Area recommendations

South Naples. Lots of things to do. The beach is lovely. Old Naples is very convenient as is shopping and restaurants.

“Best value on the beach!”

“A great time!”

I use to live in Naples back in the 80's , things have changed since then but 5th Ave and 3rd, the Pier and just walking the beaches, plus Coastland Mall!

“Looking forward to returning”

I booked this hotel with the intention of having a relaxing time away, which is exactly what i achieved. The hotel is ideally located on the beachfront, a short drive from the local shops and sights. The hotel is currently having some construction work done, this did not affect my stay. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only small down side for me was internet access was not complementary and the cost i felt is a litle expensive for a 24hr period. This however would not stop me from reurning to the hotel. Overall this hotel was one of the nicest hotels i've stayed in and look forward to going back and hopefully for a longer stay.

“Stress free trip to Naples”

This was our first trip to Naples, Florida and it was wonderful. From the accomodations to the people we encountered everything was perfect. Can't wait to go back.

We would definitely recommend taking the dinner cruise (I believe it was the Princess Naples cruise).

“Superb!!!”

Can't really fault the hotel itself or the staff. Our only gripe on our stay was that people were allowed to eat and drink in the pool. The hotel is undergoing some major renovations but must admit that we were not really aware of it. It's a fantastic location right on the beach which is beautiful. Walking down to Naples Pier at sunrise or sunset is a real treat, only about 2 miles and a great way to start ot end your day. The HB on the Beachfront restaurant serves wonderful food and is the only beachfront restaurant in Naples, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Overall I would give this hotel 4.5/5 just because of the eating in the pool. Will definately be coming back!!

Can't fault staying anywhere in Naples, it's a beautiful place if a bit pricey but it's worth it!

we went in september so had a few thunderstorms and it was very humid. Will go back but later in year.

Getting around

Easy to drive, most places of interest are off the main highway.

What to pack

Sunscreen and insect repellent! Got eaten alive one day when forgot to apply.

Shopping

shops, shops,shops then shops! Bit expensive but there are some out of town retail outlets.

Dining

Andres steakhouse for the best steaks you'll ever eat and Blueberrys for the best pancakes!
