We stayed 3 nights [4 adults and one child], and had plenty of room in this comfortable and clean home. The location in South Austin was good for us, as we were spending time in the southwest part of Travis and Hayes Counties. We had a great time staying at Lydia’s place. It was by far the most stocked rental we have ever been to, with anything you may need but don’t always think to bring! Great Central Location

The landlord was very responsive and there was only one small glitch with a leaking coffee maker. We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The quiet South Austin neighborhood was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of Zilker Park and downtown Austin.We had a great visit.

Amazing Place

We stayed in Austin for my daughter’s wedding for a week here and it was the perfect place for the family. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The lamps in the bedrooms had charging ports on them and that was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for 7 people.

Christmas in Austin

Lydia’s place provided us exactly what we needed for our week long stay. I really appreciate pet friendly places. Lydia’s has a large fenced in back yard. Her place is exactly as described and her communication was helpful.
