Bright, cheerful + airy with open concept. Enclosed, glasse-in outdoor porch kitchen + thoughtful conveniences for most comfy stay, including electric remote adjustable bed with Heirloom Pillows and 12" temperpedic-like mattress. Large gazebo + seating attached to enclosed porch. Airy, vibrant and special.

Perfect Every Time
This was my 5th time to return to this property. When I’m in town for work or fun… this is always my go to place. The location is ideal for working on the UT campus and very close to downtown for excellent music and dining. The property is immaculate. It’s in a quiet neighborhood w/o The traffic and parking that you would have to deal with downtown. The host has provided everything I have ever needed. I book my trips based on the availability of this location. I would not stay anywhere else.

Great stay -- host lives in the property
The host was a GREAT communicator. Check-in was easy, and the place was as described and very clean/cozy. The only flag is that the host lives in the attached house, so if they're home, you can hear them, and they can probably hear you! Regardless, the host was super friendly and receptive, so don't let that stop you from renting this spot out!

Great little hideaway for weekend!
This is a cute little place tucked away in an Austin neighborhood that I would definitely come back to! The host was kind and generous, and left us a little welcome bottle because I told her it was us staying as a couple! Super cute, clean, and adorably decorated. It’s not super private as there are neighbors, but for a couple staying the weekend in Austin it was perfect! Thank you for allowing us in your home. :)
