We stayed there three nights and enjoyed it a lot. Of course the room was quite small but that's a little bit what we were looking for; we wanted to try something different and did not regret it. The price was reasonable. We has a room for two on the upper deck, above the restaurant, so it was very quiet en we could feel the boat rock gently. We had our own sink in the room along with a (very) small desk with a chair and a small wardrobe. The toilets and showers were fairly close to the room and both worked just fine (I recommend bringing your own shower gel). There was also a big common living room where you could watch the TV and have chats with other travellers. The view over Gamla Stan is also quite amazing and the vision could span over a good part of Östermalm too.
I usually went off the subway at the Gamla Stan station and walk on the bridge to Söder Mälarstrand, but you can probably also get off at Slussen, as it may be easier to reach Rygerfjord if you carry heavy luggage.
The reception for the Wi-fi varies greatly depending on where you are located in the boat, but generally there is good reception in the room. You can also rent a bike right at the hotel for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast has a lot of variety, including some traditional Swedish food and the price for it is alright.
Being onboard makes the stay something different, much more interesting than the usual characterless hotel chains. We were in a double room with en suite (the captain's cabin) so we had the best of both worlds - something unique (at least in our experience) but with the expected home comforts.
There are also rooms with double bunks and larger rooms so it caters for all tastes and pockets.
