"It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left...

"The location was great, easy check-in, space comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable. Sofia was very responsive. We were unable to get in to apartment one day because the batteries in the electronic door lock died. It was a bit of a pain to go find batteries, etc., but we were refunded for the cost.Only one real issue had to do with unpleasant odor in the kitchen (smelled like a combination rancid oil/chemical odor).
