Nice newer hotel in great location next to commuter train station.Didn't use any amenities. Sauna and steam, pool was additional 350 per person over the weekend, weekday was slightly cheaper. Ate one dinner and it was decent. Lots of options one station over at the mall.

Very nice hotel and facilities. The only negative was that the fridge didn't keep things very cold. I highly recommend and will visit again.

We had a great stay. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location to the Ulriksdal train station was very helpful for traveling to Solna, Stockholm, Upsalla, etc. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance, that were all very good. We had a great experience.

The spa is absolutely incredible. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and are always willing to assist with any request. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing retreat. The hotel is in a great area with many local shops nearby. In addition, the restaurant has delicious food that is very fresh. Clean room and common spaces. I will definitely come stay again!

6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service
My stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. The room was comfortable, and the staff were polite. However, the swimming pool was a bit dirty, and I was disappointed that the hotel did not clearly mention in advance that using the pool required an additional fee. More transparency about the extra charges and better maintenance of the pool would have made the experience much better.
