En fantastiskt trevlig naturnära miljö rent estetisk. Trevlig personal med hög servicenivå. Rent och fräscht. Mitt enda högst personliga minus är egentligen att det är svårt att koppla av i SPA-miljlön. Jag personligen hade föredragit att kunna hitta lugnet. Men det är mycket folk och stora sällskap i kombination med alkohol. Så många är ju där och "spa-festar". Är det vad man söker så är det optimalt. Men det var inte jag och min flickvän den här gången.

Har egen yrkeserfarenhet av hotellstäder och den var bra. Kanske man kan tänka på att kolla fickorna på badrockarna innan tvätt. Något kladdigt hade kletat ihop fickan.. Maten var vällagad men kanske att smakerna var lite låga/neutrala… Frukosten var fantastisk!

Trevligt men kallt!

Trevligt bemötande, fint gjort på rummet då vi reste med litet barn. Väldigt dragigt och kallt på rummet. Väldigt svag wifi-signal på rummet. Iskalla golv på badrummet. Mycket bra mat i restaurangen även om något långsam service. Reste med person med gåstöd, trots det måste bilen parkeras en liten bit från hotellet.

Plussidan. Fint hotell med naturskönt läge, bra frukost och riktigt bra aktivitets rum 👌 Minussidan. Stod i bokningsbekräftelsen att vi skulle få våra rum 15.00. Personalen sa att detta inte stämde, vilket kändes sådär när man har fått det svart på vitt i bokningen. Fick våra rum strax efter 16 tiden. Tänkte vi kunde bada under tiden vi väntade på rummen, men spaavdelningen berättade att man inte hade tillgång till någon pool alls, om man inte betalade för inträde. Detta visade sig dagen efter inte stämma. Hotellet har en pool vid entrén för hotellets gäster. Snopet 😕
