"Everything was perfect - the hotel is beautiful and being on Murano is peaceful yet easy to access the main island and enjoy the water taxi rides - would go back and stay there again.Staff so friendly and helpful."

"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient. "
