"Loved the property and the condo. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and had multiple pools. The rooftop restaurant was nice and food was awesome. They do have assigned underground parking.Only downfall is finding it and the streets are horrible. We received our checkin email the day of but was able to checkin a hour early. If your not fluent in Spanish definitely have a translator app available because majority of staff speaks Spanish but everyone was very nice."

"This was our first time to Mexico and couldn't have picked a better hotel to enjoy our stay at. The front desk woman was so nice and really helpful with any questions we had. It's located in a quiet area with restaurants and pharmacies nearby it was also walkable to downtown shops. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and will defiantly be back! "

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."

This isn't walkable distance to the beach, you'll definitely need to rent bikes/scooters/car to get around. We had some small issues during our stay, but the owner Ashley was prompt and responsive. She was able to get someone to tend to them immediately. She even helped us coordinate a driver to the airport."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. We have already booked it for next year (2025). Only comment is that the unit could use a good deep cleaning and an update on the towels and linens and bedding. Also it would be nice if there were drapes or blinds in the bedroom. Outdoor furniture is OK but not all that comfortable. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it daily. Thank you for the stay and we look forward to staying in Puerto Morales next year."

"This place is brand new, only 4 months old since it opened. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you by answering your questions or by simply confirming a taxi when needed. I would stay there again, the only con I didn't like is that the closest convenience store is "walking distance" but the roads are very confusing [we got lost]. "
