"Nocturna at Mun Tulum was a fantastic property for our family. Where else can you find 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms and a private pool! The unit is gorgeous, spacious, and private. Definitely a great value. Property management is wonderful. Clem and Pauli can arrange for transportation to/from the airport and were very responsive to any needs. Nearby major grocery store is a 10-minute walk. However, getting closer to shops, beach clubs, and restaurants require a cab ride which are readily available...

"Beautiful property. Had some minor issues. No garbage bags, no dish towels, outside garbage bin overflowing on road, bicycles needed maintenance (dangerously loose bolts). Text response to inquiries was quick but no actual response ever happened. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, and across the street from a grocery store. The host was very communicative before and during our stay, and check-in/out was simple. We loved the rooftop with plunge pool and all the fun birds that visited. The street is well lit and we felt safe walking home at night. There is only a futon in the living area, so probably best for only 2-3 people if you plan to spend much time there. Overall a great stay! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Casa Alba. Clean, safe, convenient. Set up well with good kitchen ware. Nice beach chairs and towels. (Wish there was some snorkel gear). Nice keyless entry worked well. Roof top pool was excellent to cool down every afternoon. Nice place to visit with neighbors. Though we often had it to ourselves."

"24 hour guard at property. We left property several times to grab a bite to eat, which everywhere we ate was fabulous and tasty. Prices very reasonable. The bar at intima was great. A swim up bar and places to sit outside the pool. Room was nice, digital entry with a safe inside. Only downside was it is not close to the beach. We walked one day to beach, 4 miles, no sidewalks and felt a it as bit sketch with the daily traffic. Taxi ride home was $40 one way back. The ocean was beautiful. ...

"Our apartment was on the top floor (4 floors) which gave us a nice patio area to relax in. Apartment very comfortable for 2 people with well equipped kitchen for cooking. Communication was great with timely information to access the unit. Construction across the street but we were facing away so noise level was not an issue. Need to add couple hangers for towels in the bathroom. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants if required. Very nice pool area along with soaking unit on each...

"Pili was Exceptional at her job.. This is a newer property, which has only been open for about six months, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by how well everyone performed their tasks. "This place is brand new, only 4 months old since it opened. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you by answering your questions or by simply confirming a taxi when needed. I would stay there again, the only con I didn't like is that the closest convenience store is "walking distance" but the roads are very confusing [we got lost]. "
