"We had a wonderful stay. They contacted us to tell us our room was ready 2 hours before check-in. The home is spacious, clean, and everything works just great. Since we chose the ground floor unit you do have to be more cautious with bugs (cover food or put in fridge). It’s indoor / outdoor living at its finest. It felt very private. We didn’t see more than 3 other people at a time. Often it was just us at the private beach. My kids enjoyed using the kayaks and stand up paddle. "

"Great space. Quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the fun and noise and people restaurant row. Best of both worlds is you need peace and quiet, yet good food and music/entertainment in a small little community. Great pool, spacious bedrooms, full stocked kitchen with even details that many condos don't provide like the cooking oil, drinking water, napkins, paper towels, salt pepper, sugar, candles out on the veranda etc. The little things add up. Great staff. Awesome cleaning...

"Great service from the front desk staff. They were very accomodating and check in was fast. Only downside is the construction next door although it didn’t bother us much. Would recommemd these condos right on the beach and near town."

"The place is striking and the rooms look as they did online. The air conditioning worked well. Occasionally the water stopped, only for about a minute but when you are showering…The kitchen is very pretty and has a great stove but only one small pan, one small pot, nothing with covers for cooking (perhaps the usual crowd eats out all the time?). Perfect for 3 days, one of which we spent out. Good wi-fi. "

"If private and relaxing is what you are looking for, this is the place to be! Tulum is like a 20 minute drive and Playa del Carmen is 40 minutes away. Cancun is about an hour and 20 minutes away. Most of the attractions are scattered so it just depends exactly where you want to go. Make sure and do the research beforehand. I do recommend to get a rental to get around because private transportation or a taxi, can get pricey! I also recommend to go grocery shopping beforehand, unless you have a...

"Quiet street was great with an amazing Jungle Fish House a few doors down for lunch and dinner-Order the prawns! View is great beach good with low seaweed. Snorkeling out front good also 100 yards out. Attendants nancy and maria were very helpful and attentive. Super happy with maria on first morning enlisting her husband to make calls for us to our previous resort to secure our lost watch from checkout. That resort was unresponsive to us. Verizon cell service not clear here. Only challenge...

"This place is brand new, only 4 months old since it opened. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you by answering your questions or by simply confirming a taxi when needed. I would stay there again, the only con I didn't like is that the closest convenience store is "walking distance" but the roads are very confusing [we got lost]. "
