"Went on our first trip to Destin and stayed here. This location was great! Walked right to the beach from our balcony! The property was clean and has a great view of the water. The section of the beach was blocked off for residence only and beach chairs and umbrellas were set out each day by the service. Some of the linens smelled unclean and there were minor damages to the internal furniture and fixtures upon arrival, but other than that the property was just what we were looking for. The...

"Loved the condo! Loved the neighborhood it is in, my kids rode bikes and we rented a golf cart! It takes less than a minute to get to the beach. The road to cross is rarely busy. Maintenance issue with the main pool gate that the owner responded to and followed up with immediately. Fit 5 of us just fine and we plan to come back!"
