Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Fabulous large open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes. Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertop. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; queen mattresses; flat screen cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop. Living room has 50 4 K HDR Smart TV, queen size sleeper sofa Full size washer/dryer in the condo. The only thing that my husband and i didnt Like was the smell of ammonia/cat pee in the master bedroom.
