"Overall it was a very nice rental. Despite some of the reviews i decided to stay and experience it for myself. It was exactly what i was hoping for and what i needed. There was hot water, clean blankets and we were able to use the kitchen daily to make breakfast. The Villa has open kitchens to the deck but the bedrooms lock with a key that is provided. "This was my third stay in Isabela, PR and the home was by far the best rental that we have experienced. My family was myself, husband and three kids, ages 13, 11, 8. The owner, Silvana was very attentive and accomodating. They even had an air mattress for my youngest set up and ready for her. The beds were super comfortable, modern decor and overall great stay! "We are so thankful for the golf cart. The pools/restaurants were a far walk and it was very hilly! The golf cart made it a fun adventure for the kids anytime we went to dinner at the resort or went to the beach. So much more fun than driving. The house was perfect. "Very clean and it has designated parking. I just wish they were a little faster with their communication. The host was very nice. Our room was double booked but we were able to get into another room (they were all the same) with no problems. You cannot beat this studio, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this rental and I cannot get over how clean it was and how good it smelled. "
