"I am currently confined to a wheelchair and that can be a real challenge in PR. The condo was easily accessible and so was the beach, so I was a happy camper. The place was spotless when we arrived and was well stocked with lots of beach towels, beach gear and a wonderful back patio. We really appreciated the two water filtering pitchers as we try hard to avoid using single use plastic. The condo is gated and there is a security guard 24/7-we felt safer here than at home! "I am giving this property 5 stars simply because of the view and the quick responses from the host. There were some pros and cons about the stay, but the pros outweigh the cons and some of the cons have to do with the property itself. The biggest pro was the view of the ocean. We had plenty of room for the two of us in the condo which had good blankets and plenty of pillows for us. The beach was great and the umbrella and chair rentals right on the beach in front were very reasonably priced....

"This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. Ubers were extremely affordable but cars are definitely not required for this stay. We had a wonderful time staying...

"Very clean and it has designated parking. I just wish they were a little faster with their communication. The host was very nice. Our room was double booked but we were able to get into another room (they were all the same) with no problems. You cannot beat this studio, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this rental and I cannot get over how clean it was and how good it smelled. "
