It was clean, wonderfully furnished, and in a great area. We loved listening to the waves crash as we slept. The condo overlooks a great beach and is less than 15 mins from the amazing El Yunque Rainforest. We really enjoyed ourselves and i would definitely recommend this place! ##### ryan p. Centrally located and remodeled! George is a great host! Helped with any questions we had. Long flat beach in front. Perfect for a peaceful walk. The kiosks are a mile away and not to be missed. George is an A+ communicator who made everything smooth and clear. It is a 10 minute walk to the kioskas. We ate at Sama on the last night: it is a 10 minute walk also, and the best meal we've had in Puerto Rico. ##### Glenn W. The condo is newly renovated and beautiful. It had everything we needed and the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler were a really great touch. We loved how accessible everything is (ferry to Culebra, El Yunque, Bio Bay, beaches)… most everyplace we wanted to go was within a half hour drive. We loved Luquillo beach - just a short walk to the left of the condo. The balcony also was perfect for relaxing at end of day and we enjoyed many late nights listening, watching and breathing the ocean waves. Greatly appreciated all the attention to small details in all rooms. We also greatly enjoyed some of the local restaurants as well as the beach. Definitely would recommend it, very attentive owners. Also very accommodating and helpful. The view is even better in person! Nice and quiet area with a lot of activities to do nearby and there was even a strip where you could go thats full of places to eat. Food was so good. We had rumcakes from our neighbor downstairs, they were so good. Her name is bonnie, you should definitely try them! Plan on coming back for sure. It was very clean. Very well stocked with very nice pots, coffee pot, etc. even a crock pot. Very nice dining area. Only issue was the deck. The A/C unit pumped the hot air directly onto the deck. It is a great location. Easy to get to and from the airport. Easy to get to the rainforest. We found several good restaurants for breakfast and lunch in the area. Simple Food was our favorite and we ate there almost everyday.The condo has an amazing view. This is the tower to stay at. It’s got the best and closest view of the beach and ocean. We could hear the waves with the patio doors open. The beach was great for walks.We happened to be there when the power went out all over the island. Our host was quick to respond, at first we thought it was just our room. It ended up being a lazy beach day, the elevators had a back up generator so we didn’t have to use the stairs to get to the 18th floor. There is a grocery store nearby.We will definitely be back. ##### heidi h. We were very happy with everything about our stay. Our newly renovated room was perfect for us and included every accommodation for the beach that we could ask for. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and the view was absolutely perfect from our balcony. The beach was fantastic - this is not your perfectly groomed Florida beach but it was beautiful and perfect for us. We were able to walk right off the property grounds straight to the beach and practically have the beach to ourselves. We also lounged at the pool some and it was very clean. Our host had everything we needed to know in his guest book and helped with ideas for food and other activities. He was also great with communicating with us, he checked in a couple times during our stay and answered questions for us in a very timely manner.
