"The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. Minutes from Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida, Kayak Village, Yunque Rain Forest, Kalizo Restaurant (best in area) etc. Cute, clean, simple, very comfortable mini hotel, Parking right out front. "This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info...
