You also will find Walgreens Pharmacy and supermarkets near by. Due to the high cost of electricity in PR, air conditioning must be turned off whenever you are going out of the apartment. The apartment has an available second bedroom equipped with a full size bed, A/C and TV with an extra $60 fee not exceeding a 7 night stay for 2 additional guests. If extended stay is needed; please do not hesitate to contact the Host. Places to eat ( walking distance): you will find chinese food, puerto rican food, fast foods and restaurants. If you wish to travel north, south, west or east of Puerto Rico, the highway is about a minute away. Is your check-in is late at night? Overall, we had a very good stay, and the owner is a very nice person. I appreciated the fact that for a very reasonable price, the owner provided all the basic things a family would need for a comfortable stay. One recommendation I have for the owner is, please include another lock from inside the apartment. Currently, the apartment's main door has one deadbolt lock only, which can be opened with a spare key from outside. Having an additional bolt from inside will provide the guests with much more assurance as most of them are new to the area. Please consider that, and that would really help elevate the rental.
