Customer service was exceptional! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and Natalia went above and beyond to help schedule our trips. She was even working for us when she wasn't working at the hotel! The free breakfast is delicious and cooked to order. The bedding is like a cloud. I can't say enough good things about the place! Highly highly recommend!
We stayed at Wind Chimes after we returned from a cruise. I really loved the look and feel of the hotel with each room having a separate entrance off the lush courtyard. The little pool was a great addition though it closed at 6pm which I thought was a little too early. I would have like to go for a swim closer to 9pm just before turning in. The room was comfortable and we had control over our own air conditioner. There was a bar in the back of the courtyard that was supposed to be open everyday however it didn't open our first night there. We are still not really sure why. This hotel was conveniently really close to the beach (1 small block). It was a little out of the way for restaurants, about a 10-15 minute walk. We would recommend this hotel and if I ever venture back to San Juan it will be where I stay again.
Clean and nice hotel. Great nice staff esp. Margarita she told me about everything to do down there and called and set up all the tours I was interested in. 24 hour so you can check in late at night which was convenient for me since my flight landed around 9 pm. And convenient when you want to stay out late drinking or whatever. Loved it there. Oh and bed was very comfortable so that's a plus. The double value rooms are a little small but just perfect for me and my girlfriend. Nice clean bathroom and shower was nice because it also had a jacuzzi feature if you wanted to take a bath. Also close to the beach and 24/7 walgreens. Great hotel.

My husband and I visited from southern California. We both thought the resort offered warm and genuine service and great room/hotel amenities. The hotel was right on the beach offering guests both the choice of resort pools or prime beach access, additionally providing great ocean views. Unfortunately, there wasn't much to do nearby. Great dining was difficult to find and PR points of interest were certainly not walking distance. If you're looking to spend most of your time in a resort, La Concha is definitely worth visiting, though finding good food might pose a challenge (both in and outside of the resort).
