Good location
The host, Janet was an amazing communicator. The location was perfect. Ceiling fans did not work, the humidity was awful and it would have helped if the ceiling fans worked and the tv reception did not work either. Other than that we slept pleasantly in our air conditioned room and enjoyed our trip.

Perfect location to enjoy one of the best beaches in PR!
I am currently confined to a wheelchair and that can be a real challenge in PR. The condo was easily accessible and so was the beach, so I was a happy camper. The place was spotless when we arrived and was well stocked with lots of beach towels, beach gear and a wonderful back patio. We really appreciated the two water filtering pitchers as we try hard to avoid using single use plastic. The condo is gated and there is a security guard 24/7-we felt safer here than at home! All in all, we will be back and will try hard to get this place again. One minor error in the listing is that there are not bath tubs in the bathrooms, but there are two sparkling clean spacious showers! Thank you!

Great spot
Loved our stay! We walked around the corner to Luquillo swim beach where the water is totally calm. You can also walk to restaurants, coffee shop in town. Super quiet and relaxing spot just the frogs signing you to sleep at night

Location location
Condo was exactly as in pics. No surprises. We loved everything. Balcony overlooking ocean. Convenience of a 2nd half bath. We didnt rent a car so location within walking distance of restaurants and groc store was great. Owner was always in touch. We had no problems. She recommended a driver to us and he was great for pick and return to airport and one side trip. Will definately book here again. It was everything and more. Thank you Janet.

Great place!
My family really enjoyed our few-day stay here. The place was comfortable and clean and perfect for a family of 4. We really appreciated having access to beach chairs and towels, as well as being so close to such a nice beach. We went snorkeling one afternoon around the reef on the closest part of the beach, and saw a ton of great fish including parrot fish, barracuda, and tang. This rental is also really close to the rainforest, which is helpful since now it is first come first serve to get in, so you'll want to go really early. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A week in paradise
The location is fantastic, the unit is everything one could hope for or imagine and the neighbors are very friendly. We would like to come back next year for three times the time we stayed this time.

Oceanfront one bedroom condo
I will start by saying that we had stayed there the prior year and liked it very much. The location and size are perfect for our needs. The bedroom is huge and can accommodate a family of four. That being said, we were caught between the prior owner selling the unit and the new owner had not yet taken possession. There is wifi and a flat screen tv, but there was no cable. You could only stream channels you were subscribed to. We were given 4 keys. Two for the apartment door, one for the gate to the building and I'm not sure what the 4th key was for. None of the keys worked for the gate to the building and we were locked out one evening. Fortunately a neighbor was home and we had to yell for him to let us in. He also tried all four keys to no avail but he loaned us a key for the remainder of our stay. I don't know what we would have done if he had not been home. The next day I called our contact and she acted like I had the right key but didn't know how to use it. She also said that she was in San Juan and couldn't come out. As I said, we were between owners so hopefully that problem has been corrected. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash so bring your own. The apartment is a good size and directly across from the beach. It could be the perfect stay and hopefully will be again.

Quick getaway to a sunny location
The property was just what we were looking for. Great beach access and close to activities. It seemed to be in a safe low key location. We regret not staying longer! We would stay here again.
