"The manager is really nice and helpful!"
After we joined the Bristol Balloon Fiesta, we planed to get to Wales, ao we booked the hotel in Newport. When we arrived at the hotel, it seemed close to 2 am. and it was raining. However, the manager was so nice and friendly to organize our rooms and checked in. The next day, he did dinner for us, which is also good! If my friedns or myself will go to Newport next time, i will recommende this very econimic hotel to them and myself!

"Comfortable and pleasant stay"
Staff were very friendly here, the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable although I would have thought they would be king size not standard doubles. The bathroom was nice and clean but had a big crack in the sink, but this did not affect our stay. Breakfast was very nice and regularly re-stocked.
