"We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. Unfortunately the a/c in our room wasn’t working so it was very hot but the staff were very helpful and although couldn’t fix it they compensated us very generously Great location, lovely bar, garden and breakfast. Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good. "All good. Swimming pool and associated facilities such as jacuzzi, sauna, steam room too small if lots of guests are using the pool as was the case on Saturday afternoon. "This is a very authentic hotel/pub. A bit dated but we enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good - full English :-) coffee tasty! And the best if you travel by bus from Ryde the bus stop is direct in front of the pub door! The hotel is as well very close to the Osborne House. "
