"A lovely hotel but the darkness was a bit excessive I personally found it too dark and the floor in our bedroom was wooden and incredibly slippery we slipped many times with socks on the lady on reception was very kind and welcoming."

"We were unexpectedly upgraded to a room with a four poster bed in it! Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and with a bottle of Prosecco chilling!( as a VIP member) it really couldn’t be better. I chose the hotel due to its location - 3 minutes from Royal Albert Hall to see Eric Clapton "
