"This was the second time my boyfriend and I stay at Fiesta Americana. We stayed here last year at around the same time and had a great time. Location of the resort itself is very convenient and central. About a 10 minute drive to the airport and Malecon/downtown area. The service and food is top tier. Definitely worth booking the all-inclusive. All the restaurants are great! Staff is super friendly and will accommodate any request. Yovanni the F&B manager, was very helpful. Jaime, Jose, Angel and Hugo at the Cevicheria were very attentive and did an awesome job when we went almost every day there for lunch during our week long stay. Antonio, working the pool service was also great. For Dinner at the Italian restaurant, Rosato, we were sat in Jonathan's section twice and were very impressed both times. Serivce everywhere was above and beyond!"

"This property is older more of a timeshare. Some of the properties knew some of the properties is old. If you stay in the new tower, the rooms are nice, but it is very loud and noisy in the hallways, but they are beautiful views, but this property is probably the best of values. It’s very price affordable."

"FILTER the reviews people !!!After so many crazy reviews ( “to many Mexicans or to many tourists “ like what? lol) Want to do this for a long time, first of all keep in mind that if you pay less than $2000 for all inclusive and airfare YOU did a budget vacation, don’t expect a luxurious one , even tho sometimes it feels like it and that’s the beauty of Mexico, any way ,food is good for an all inclusive, but also be aware that since more Mexicans are becoming middle class all resorts will be at least 1/2 from there, and the food is now also catered to them , so will you need to try some of it or don’t come complaining that the selection was not big enough ok? Now about the hotel, decent property, well kept and clean, staff is great , BUT will be rebuild , 2 brand new towers and they plan to keep operating , when building , big property so construction won’t be an issue , noisy when tearing down the old one perhaps ?but some amenities will close for sure ,when I was there the sports bar closed and I had to watch the playoffs in my room , when I spoke to front desk about it they claim that an email was send ,but i didn’t get any , even then, that doesn’t change the fact that i didn’t get an amenity that was advertised, front desk was all like “oh well take it with Expedia “… so here we are ,in The near future gym , tennis court , adult pool and , courtesy room will be gone , make sure is not marked as available ,the hotel won’t take any responsibility for the lack of it."

"Front desk staff are always wonderful and very professional. I’m not sure why there is not a coffee pot in the rooms being that every other hotel has them…??"

"The hacienda was so nice and updated, staff was incredible! Every time we come back to our room , it was freshly cleaned. Wish there was more of a nightlife but overall, our experience was amazing. It was a bonus as well that we had access to its sister resort that has a connecting bridge ! Overall very satisfied. "
