Don't know what previous reviewers were complaining about - if the comforters were too hot they could have turned up the AC to make the room colder :) close to Insadong and subway; clean comfortable rooms. Problem with AC was fixed within minutes.
Enjoyed our stay here. Was much cleaner and newer than other hotels we stayed in. It was simple in the room, but clean and modern looking. Enjoyed the tub. Very close to the center of Seoul and to Insadong, where it was fun to walk around and shop.
I booked this place exclusively from Expedia reviews. I was not disappointed.
There are a couple very minor things to note but overall I strongly recommend this place and I will stay here again whenever I am in Seoul. I paid a great rate for the amenities, location, and quality of the room.
Large comfy beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast included with stay is quite a deal.
While it is limited, it includes a good range of hot items, cereals, fruit, yogurt, bread, coffee and tea.
A great way to meet on the terrace or inside to plan the day. There was a coded safe, large screen television,
refridgerator, hot water maker, and large jacuzzi in my unit. This hotel is very centrally located in the Insadong shopping district. I could walk to several shopping and tourist destinations within 30 minutes in any direction.
The easy access to Cheonggye Stream Park allowed for a morning run and the next door Jong-No Tower (Samsung Tower) is a well-known building that every taxi driver knew when I needed to get back "home" after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. It's a great little hotel in a sweet location. Staffed 24 hours by helpful people. Minor complaints: 1- Dusty room fixtures. 2 - I was refused access to a restroom by the front desk after check-out. 3 - They required the entire $2000USD paid in advance when I booked the room in June for my October trip.
Very good and safe location with police around all the times. Room is spacious and clean. Exceptional guest service, most of the staff speak very fluent English. I will definitely recommend this serviced residence to others. Bravo!

Modern hotel with latest innovations Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of shops and cafe's nearby. Short walk to nearest metro stations. Centre of Seoul ten to fifteen minutes walk as is the Royal Palace.
"Nice hotel, very new. Very close to Nandaemun Mkt"
The hotel is very new and clean, with great facilities. A large tub and shower, a multi-functional toilet, comfortable and clean beds. The facilities are very nice and clean and very well maintained. Rooms have good amenities. The staff are helpful. Location is nice, you feel safe walking just half a block down and then over to Nandaemun Market and several little shops to get a bite to eat. But. It is not a reasonable walking distance to the palaces. It is an inexpensive cab ride (5000 Won or $5) will easily get you there. BUT. Here's the big negative: Cab Drivers CANNOT FIND THIS PLACE. Using the information on the hotel registration online and even from Expedia, the address given in Korean will not work in the navigators the cab drivers use. The hotel desk will smile and give you a nice card to hand to cab drivers. This will also not get you back to the hotel. I don't know what's wrong, but it takes you to a back alley a block away. Get the hotel's number and have the driver call the front desk and ask directions. It may work. I had a driver barely get there that way. I think it must be either a translation error with their printed materials or that the hotel is not in the navigator system yet because the hotel is so new. So... be prepared with a map on your phone (in English and Hangul) and a phone number. It's a great hotel for the price.

"A well situated hotel close to shopping, and park."
Hotel staff spoke English. Were very helpful and pleasant. Room was an upgrade from what we booked. Would stay here again.
Lovely hotel. Would stay again. Staff spoke English. Complementary breakfast and mini bar plus coffees and juices in lobby. Great walking park just across the street.
This boutique hotel is very nice and clean. Yes, it would be considered a love hotel, but it is very nicely and tastefully decorated with a contemporary design. All amenities, from use of in-room computer, all the toiletries one needs, the items in the mini fridge (iced coffee, water and juice) are all free! There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and the toilet had an automatic bidet and dryer! The only thing that distinguishes this hotel from a regular boutique hotel to a love hotel is the condom discretely provided amongst the other amenities. That being said, I do not see this as a hotel where prostitutes take there clients. This is a young, hip boutique hotel where young couples go to spend a romantic night. Great Hotel for young couples and singles, not a good hotel for families. English is somewhat spoken, but I was able to communicate fine (gentleman on the late night shift spoke no english, but the 2 gentlemen during the day through evening did). I would recommend this hotel, but be aware that this part of town is more Korean with less foreigners so expect little english spoken in the nearby restaurants.
