Hotel is in great location close to bars, cafe and restaurants. Rooms provide kitchen,washer and dryer. Clean towels and bottled water everyday and rooms are cleaned every two days. Helpful staff and convenience 24 hour store on site as well as gym, pool table, screening room and golf play onsite. Breakfast came as a fee we decided not to have breakfast at hotel as plenty of cafes nearby with reasonable prices. We found Uber taxis very cheap on travel everywhere as well as airport if you’re a family of four.

The hotel was very nice and clean. But staff not so helpful. Elevators were also very slow, the hotel is so big that people have to wait 10 min plus for the elevators. 4 star hotel but not so much the amenities since you have to pay extra for everything, including luggage hold.

Nice room, very clean. Close to subway stations. Our favorite thing was the breakfast. Amazing variety of food, from pho to Korean food to scrambled eggs, toast waffles. Great experience, helpful bilingual staff. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Seoul.

Hotel is really well maintained and well run. The surrounding area is extremely run down. It’s a short walk to Myeongdong which is really fun but the immediate few blocks around the hotel is not great. The hotel itself is extremely clean and nice, amenities are weird and everything is an extra charge (like access to the shared game room). In general I’d say this is a really nice hotel in a not great area

The rooms had everything you needed but decoration was sparse and clinical. Room lighting was disappointing. Bed was against a wall, so it was awkward to go for an overnight toilet break without disturbing partner on open side of bed. Air con was efficient and washing machine in room welcomed.

As a first time traveller and travelling alone the staff at check in were super polite and helpful and explained everything clearly. They were also helpful throughout the stay if I had any questions e.g where the paid luggage storage was which was also super handy and really easy to use. Staff throughout the hotel particularly those who cleaned the rooms were very kind and the room was cleaned really well with two bottles of water provided daily. The GS25 also being at the hotel was really handy. Will 100% stay here again next time I visit Korea as also in an ideal location

Very convenient location with 2 train stations (Euljiro 3 & Euljiro 4) a short walk plus next to the canal walk. We ate at Gwangjang Markets a few time as it was a 10 min walk. Staff were really helpful

Really clean and great staff. I love the location, it’s near most of the stuff we wanted to see and the subway is close by. Uber is cheap and drops off right in front of hotel which is nice. I also highly recommend doing night walk of the Cheonggyecheon Stream, it’s literally less than 5 minutes away from the hotel. There is also a pretty nice convenience store in the hotel on 2nd floor, very well priced and great variety.

It's in a central location that's easy to walk to basically every subway line. It's great to have a washer and dryer in the room, as well as a full sized fridge and freezer. There's no free luggage storage, but the paid storage in the building isn't expensive. The breakfast is a little pricey and gets very crowded quickly, so unless you wake up early or have young kids to take care of, better to just find breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise, a great hotel, we would book again!

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was much more spacious than I expected, and I loved having a washer, dryer, and styler in the room. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation and major attractions.

部屋のお皿を割ってしまってすみませんでした。そのことをロビーでお伝えしたら「大丈夫ですよ。お怪我はありませんでしたか？」と親切に対応してくださいました。 施設内にコンビニもジムもあり、何不自由なく快適に過ごせました。洗濯機と乾燥機があったので2泊3日のの旅程でも便利です。 施設内に両替機もありました。 必要なものが全て揃っていて、とても過ごしやすかったです。

Spectacular hotel! Stayed for about 2 weeks and loved every second of it. Rooms (at least some of them) have a washer in them which was beyond convenient for my trip! I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip.
