Airport Limousine Bus stops right in front of the hotel, makes it very convenient. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. A few restaurants and convenience stores just outside which made it easy for late night snacks and we grabbed our transportation card there as well.

A few things, like a microwave, weren’t in the room (maybe just a cultural difference, not sure) but overall the hotel was in a nice area with plenty of food options nearby. The staff were very helpful, especially with the room and giving directions around the city.

Had a long stay, they upgraded us with bigger room and always gave us enough water. Fantastic location and very comfortable stay. Rooms are not updated but very spacious.

The place does start ti show its age. Specially the bathroom which has a sewer smell often. This is compensated by the generous room size.

Room had enough space but very outdated. In desperate need of maintenance and remodeling. Decent location and allowed me to bring my pet Yorkie. 10 min walk to Seoul station. Near eateries, and free parking. Other than that absolutely no reason to choose this hotel over the many others that are modern and in great locations around Seoul.

Room is spacious and clean, which is very good. But we’re not satisfied with the staffs. I checked that there is staff who can speak Japanese, but actually there’s no staff when we checked in. I would like to put accurate information.

Great stay, very helpful staff. Room was good size for 3 of us to share. Location was handy, easy to get to Seoul station, and within walking distance of tourist areas like Myeongdong.

Great location and great room size. Bathroom was also a great size and standard american shower. Our shower head holder was broken but maintenance came to fix it right away.

Great location and value for money for family.

Awesome stay and great value for money (travelling with friends). Staff were friendly, willingness to help from booking a taxi, directions and information on Seoul attractions. Walking distance to Namdaemon markets, City Hall stations, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Plenty of restaurants and convenience store surrounding the hotel.

Nice hotel. Big room, comfortable bed, front desk staff are great. The hotel is mixed in with office towers, not really a tourist area, that said the bus and subway are close by.
