We tried this hotel so we could experience a different part of town. If you arrive earlier than 3pm this is not the hotel for you. There was no flexibility in early arrivals. We sat waiting with other exhausted travelers to get into our rooms. When I asked the staff if they could call a taxi for us (something every other Seoul hotel has done for me in the last 7 years that I have lived in Korea)) they told us to just go find a taxi on the street. It took us 25 minutes waiting for a taxi to drive by and pick us up. The cleaning staff were very helpful but the front desk was indifferent.

Relatively new and clean room and amenities. Staff was welcoming. My room (Deluxe double) and bathroom were very small. Two carry-on suitcases made the small room very crowded. The bathroom had not much space to hang towels and clothes for change.

Decent, bad service.
Decent hotel, great location at Isadong. Super tiny room, open shower so everything gets wet when you shower. The bidet was not working, I told reception in the morning, in the afternoon they told me it was working, but it wasn't, and they told me they were fully booked so nothing to do. I asked for a taxi the night before checking out as I left at 6am, they told me that just around the corner there was a taxi cabin where they can order one for me and it was 24hs, if not I should come back to reception and they will call one for me. The taxi cabin was closed, no one around, lights were off, at reception there was a sign with a number to call in case of an emergency, so I had to start walk until I found a taxi 20 min later. I almost lost my train. Not the great experience. Room needs vacuum.
