Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
오픈후 정비가 제대로 되어있지않아 하자보수(빨간색화살표스티커)가 그대로 붙어있는채로 숙박을했고 샤워기 헤드로는 물이나오지않아 샤워시 아주 불편했고 수건과 가운은 먼지와 지저분한 물질이 어마어마하게 묻어있어 아주불편했습니다 직원들은 대체로 친절했으나 불만을 얘기하면 그에대한반응과 조치는 없었습니다. 이러한 부분만 조치되면 훌륭한 호텔일것 같습니다. 부디 관계자가 이 글을 확인하여 시정조치하길 바랍니다
